About Susie Kay
Susie is Managing Director of The Professionalism Group, a consultancy working to promote professionalism in the Educational, Corporate and Not-for-Profit sectors.
She is also Managing Director of Professionalism Books, a publishing house producing books on professional and personal development.
Susie is author of the recently released book Professionalism: The ABC for Success.
Biography
Susie has worked for many years in professional associations and member organisations, advising on the wider aspects of professionalism and professional development from both the individual and corporate perspectives. At senior management team level, she acquired extensive experience and competence in the strategic management of these organisations and worked with the widest range of organisational structures, cultures and stakeholder groups.
